Fiat should display its expertise in small car manufacturing with the Fiat 500 and Fiat Panda. Furthermore, Abarth and Lancia should merge into the Fiat vocabulary by offering sport tuned versions (Abarth) and luxury tuned versions (Lancia).
Fiat's product line should be revamped to offer global products with a new nomenclature such as GENOA for the subcompact, ROMA for the compact, and MILANO for the midsize offerings. The Fiat Ducato would be rebranded as a Dodge in America.
